According to the Waukee Community School District, the tournament saw over 7,000 students from approximately 1,500 schools participating. • Melody Vera showcased her interpretive skills, placing 76th in Prose Interpretation. This event requires students to analyze and perform a piece of prose literature, bringing the text to life through vocal and physical expression.
